I’ve always been that kid you first ask to dance in any school or family affair haha but I started to really learn and train dance when i was 12 and I got addicted. Looking back in my first years, what I really liked was being on stage because it made me feel powerful. When I was 9 & 10, I was heavily bullied in my new school and it left me traumatized and with very low self esteem. Dance helped me overcome my traumas, doubts and struggles at this early age.
As years passed I almost never miss a day to dance. I looooovvveed to dance and perform. Always training, always learning — I cheer danced, learned dance sport, contemporary, urban, waacking, dancehall and then I met KRUMP in 2012 through a workshop and I was instantly hooked.
My first international travel for KRUMP was to Malaysia, and then to Singapore, KOB Japan (twice) and Krumpire Russia (twice too 😬). It was only a dream for me to travel this much because we did not live a comfortable life. I remember my first time in Russia, looking around seeing strange places and faces, I felt like i was in a different planet hahaha. I am immensely grateful 🙏 for KRUMP for all these blessings and small miracles.
Today, I see KRUMP as my way of living a life of love — giving, caring and sharing compassion. Thankful for this powerful connection that bonds us no matter where we are in the world and helps us live our purpose as artists and as people.
